This large project involved the full renovation of a large villa of over 350 sqm with six bedrooms and multiple living spaces. The house was effectively pared back to the basics with the installation of a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new electricals, flooring, the addition of cornices and full painting in all areas, including the kitchen, living & dining areas and bedrooms. It also included conversion of the attic into a bedroom suite, entertainment and separate gaming rooms, home offices, a wine cellar, laundry and storage areas. Bespoke joinery features throughout the house with a reimagining of each and every room in a seamless, connected way.

While remaining faithful to the original classic style of the villa, a warmer and more informal aesthetic was developed to reflect the new owners’ personal experiences and lifestyle, with a lighter neutral colour palette and distinctive high-quality window treatment and soft furnishing throughout the house, resulting in a stunning family home, built for comfort, entertainment and privacy.
