Influences

Lucile’s influences are her French heritage combined with her current London life, and drawing on over a decade of living and working in Asia and Australia.

Her French fashion and textile qualifications, together with her years of work for LVMH in Paris, reveal a trained eye for subtle detail, nuanced colour and the ability to mix a classic aesthetic with contemporary lines.

With attention to architectural detail and the use of high-quality materials, Lucile’s true skill is combining a unique design aesthetic with subtle colour palettes and personalises pieces of décor to create understated sophistication.

French born Lucile Yee has a degree in Business and Management from L’Institut Francais de la Mode (IFM) in Paris and worked for over a decade in the fashion and textile industry, both in Europe and Asia, before embracing her passion for interiors.

With an Interior Design degree from Chelsea College of Art and Design (University of the Arts London), Lucile creates beautiful, functional homes where the interiors complement each project’s architecture and setting, incorporating the client’s style and personality.

Lucile is married with three children so understands the importance of serene sanctuaries amidst the fast-paced energy of city life, as well as comfortable and practical family spaces for eating, entertaining and relaxing.

Lucile has worked on multiple projects in the UK, France and Hong Kong, including residential houses and apartments in cities, and holiday homes.

Lucile Yee took care of our flat’s refurbishment, more specifically our living room, dining room and kitchen. Since our first appointment, we found Lucile very professional and full of good ideas. These are also the reasons why we chose her amongst several interior designers. Lucile was able to advise us at all stages of our project: plans, planning application, choice of suppliers, order tracking, choice of materials, choice of furniture, choice of colors, choice of curtains, choice of carpets, choice of fabrics, choice of decorative objects, choice of paintings. Lucile has been listening to us, and was available at all time. We fully relied on her and she perfectly managed this project. Indeed, it would have been impossible for us because of lack of time to follow and coordinate all the stages of our project. I highly recommend Lucile Yee without an ounce of hesitation. We are extremely happy with her work and the result.

Mr & Mrs F.

Our project was quite difficult logistically — we bought a flat in London and were coordinating everything from our home in San Francisco. We are so happy we worked with Lucile, since she transformed a challenging situation into an easy one for us. Desi

Lucile really spent the time understanding our family’s needs for the flat as well as our aesthetic preferences. We love the final product! Lucile designed a space that is gorgeous, highly functional and feels like home. On top of that, the project was done on time and under budget! We highly recommend Lucile. Laura Co
